FiveX machines are commonly used in high tech industry sectors, built with our most advanced technology and with an exceptional stable design to be able to repeatedly perform high precision free form cutting of full 3D components.
Large-scale 5-axis processing allows the advantages of the waterjet process to be utilised in the finishing of fabricated structures, pressed parts, molded composite parts and other 3-D parts.
With Z-Axis capacities up to 1500 mm and a generous working area, these waterjet machines are used largely by the Defense Industry, Space Industry, Aerospace Industry and Power Industry. Major aero engine manufacturers use FiveX to produce apertures in fabrications manufactured from titanium then finish machined. This removes stress distortions so edges are left without heat affected zones and in a non-work hardened state.
FiveX Ultra is more compact and suitable for high-tech mechanical workshops in general. Designed materials such as Hardened Steel, Titanium, Kevlar and Carbon Fibre can easily be cut to precise form. Applications include trimming of molded parts into their final shape such as underneath military vehicles and high security vehicles.

Ideal for Repeat Precision 5-Axis Cutting of 3D Components
Our 5-Axis water jet cutting machines are built with the most advanced technology and an exceptionally stable design to enable repeat performance of high precision free form water jet cutting of full 3D components. Machines are delivered with Mastercam CAD/CAM 3D software. Alignment of 3D shapes is made through automatic routines using a Renishaw probe, eliminating the risk of misalignment on the machine.
